I probably should've left a neutral feedback but since all worked out in the end I will say positive. This earpiece was defective in that it wouldn't hold a charge. It was in a sealed package. Seller could not have known. I realize seller advertises "No Returns". I sent two email contacts without any response. I ended up going thru the eBay buyer protection process whereby they intervened. Ultimately buyer did refund and item was returned. Stuff happens. Thanks to eBay for buyer protection!

    Works better than expected

    I chose this phone after reading it's high reviews. It works better than expected and the cellphone link allow me to make and answer calls from my cell use any of the headsets a feature I found a pleasant surprise

    Nice features

    This phone has some nice features, but the distance you can go is not outside the house more than 15 feet without getting static and not being heard. The phones we had we could go to the neighbors house with perfect clarity. My husband wanted me to buy the AT & T one again, but could not find the same one. The price is kind of high for the quality or lack there of.

    Panasonic KX-TGE274S Cordless Phone DECT 6.0 can't keep correct time

    Phone works as expected. Have owned 2 sets of similar models of this panasonic phones and they all have same problem. Can Not keep accurate time. always shows an hour later. Tried adjusting from each phone and base station no luck. still 1 hour faster.
